meaningless. Without a doubt the crank revolved quite abit after the cam sprockets lost their drive plus he said he triied to start is and that also rotated the crank some and probably did additional damage to the valves and pistons.
He needs to pull the plugs and manually rotate the engine by hand and feel for hard spots. Unfortunatly the only way to do a compression test is to put another belt on (could be donated a used one from TT'ers here) with the engine crank and cam properly located relative to each other and on the marks on the engine heads at the 4 cams and and at the block at the crank pully with piston #1 at top dead center.
